Mrs. Josephine Mullen Bell, 88, of Grenada, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Providence Assisted Living. She was born July 19, 1929 in Tallahatchie County. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Grenada and worked for many years in the Townes, Townes and Hunt Clinic in Grenada.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Grace Presbyterian Church with Rev. Andrew Perrie officiating. Interment will follow in the Winona Garden of Memory. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time Saturday at the church.

Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Bell Bailey (Lee) of Winona; two grandchildren, Karen Bailey Weaver of Olive Branch and Tripp Bailey of Madison and three great-grandchildren, Bailey Lyon, Wells Lyon and Griffin Lyon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William W. Bell and eight siblings.

Pallbearers will be Lee Bailey, Brant Godbold, Mark Griffin, Bailey Lyon, Griffin Lyon, Wells Lyon, Jimmy Mullen, Dylan Perry and Tim Traugott. Honorary Pallbearers will be Paul Holland and Watt O'Bryant.

Memorials may be directed to the Grace Presbyterian Church in Grenada.
