Mrs. Katie Ray Adams Gallaher, 91, of Duck Hill, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018 at her residence. She was born February 15, 1927 in Montgomery County to Jesse and Leecy Ray Adams. She was a homemaker and a member of Red Hill Church of Christ. She had also previously worked in Customer Service for Clear View Cable in Swainsboro, GA. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 3, 2018 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Bro. Cole Surrell officiating. Interment will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery near Duck Hill. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until service time Monday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include her son, Rick Gallaher(Mitzi) of Signal Mountain, TN; and two granddaughters, Kathryn Campbell(Jerry) of Chattanooga, TN and Mollie Gallaher of Signal Mountain, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kendrick Gallaher and a sister, Jessie Lee Pyron.

Pallbearers will be James Ralph Bennett, Asa Garrett, Noot Irvin, Greg Mitchell, Charles Norris and Ben Woods.
