IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Keith
Geiger
April 18, 1956 – January 6, 2022
Mr. James Keith Geiger, 65, of Grenada, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022 at his residence. He was born April 18, 1956 in Grenada to James T. and Jewel Arlene Long Geiger. Keith spent most of his working life in the auto parts business and was blessed to see his life-long dream come to fruition when he opened his own parts store, KAJCP in 2002. He took pride in serving his customers and always kept a contagious smile. Even with a chronic health condition for 34 years, he was a hard-working man and made it a priority to instill this trait in his sons. Keith enjoyed watching sports, especially baseball, softball and football. He enjoyed coaching his children when they were playing baseball. Keith was a loving and caring provider for his family and there are no words to describe the love he had for his children and grandchildren. "Bone" as he was known to many, was dearly loved by his family and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Keith loved the Lord and attended St. Peter's Catholic Church.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, January 10, 2021 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Grenada with Father Arokia Savio officiating and Bro. Clark Faulkner delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Park. Family and friends will gather from 3:00 – 5:00 PM Sunday evening at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service.
Survivors include his wife, Anne Geiger; three sons, Joseph Geiger(Robbie) of Columbus, Cory Geiger(Macey) and Phillip Geiger(Valeri), both of Grenada; five grandchildren, Addison, Aubrey, Tanner, Rowan and Carmen; two sisters, Linda Farmer(Wesley) of Grenada and Jane Rogers(Steve) of Brandon; two brothers, Roy Geiger(Renee) of Grenada and David Geiger of Mobile, AL; and a host of sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends who he cared for dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Charlotte Ann Geiger.
