Mr. Larry Oliver Watson, 69, of Grenada, passed away Friday, September 1, 2017 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He was born April 22, 1948 in Laurel to Oliver D. and Lena Teutsch Watson. Larry was the owner of WC Plastics in Grenada and was a Baptist. He will be remembered as a loving, caring husband. Larry also possessed a strong work ethic and was an extremely patient individual. When he wasn't at work he could always be found with a good book or in front of his computer.

A gathering to celebrate his life will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 PM Saturday, September 9, 2017 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Watson; one son, Tommy Watson of Montana; one daughter, Tonya Watson of Doyline, LA; one step-son, Scott Short (Tammy) of Grenada; one step-daughter, Paige Brister (Hap) of Grenada; one brother, Ronnie Watson of Doyline, LA; and nine grandchildren, Nikki, Christopher, Nicholas, Kristian, Tyler, Tate, Seth, Sophie and Cecile.
