Mrs. Linda Carolyn Wilson Edwards, 80, of Grenada, passed away Friday, November 28, 2025.  She was born June 24, 1945 in Hattiesburg to Rev. Thomas Edison Wilson and Valine Walters Wilson.  Linda earned a degree in speech pathology and audiology from Delta State University.  She retired as a Speech Therapist with the Montgomery County School District.  A devoted homemaker, she took great pride in making her house a home.  She enjoyed supporting her grandchildren in all of their activities and also enjoyed cross stitching.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service.  Interment will follow in the Elliott Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Wednesday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include her husband, James R. "Bobby" Edwards; two sons, Tim Edwards(Misty) and Cory Edwards(Kelly), both of Grenada; one brother, Steve Wilson(Tiffany) of Brandon; sister-in-law, Emilia Wilson of Brandon and four grandchildren, Erica Edwards, Owen Edwards, Savannah Edwards and Kaylee Edwards.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Thomas E. Wilson, Jr. and a nephew, Chris Wilson.

Pallbearers will be Mark Harville, Richard Hood, Diesel Ludolf, Craig Morgan, Robby Roberts and Tyler Voyles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
