Mrs. Lucy Yvonne Wilkie Wray, 95, of Duck Hill, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Providence Assisted Living in Grenada. She was born April 2, 1931 in Calhoun County to Howard Collins Wilkie and Annice Glenn Dorris Wilkie. Lucy worked alongside her husband, E.B., in their business, Wray’s Country Store, for many years while continuing to be a devoted homemaker. She was a member of Duck Hill Baptist Church and enjoyed singing in the choir.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 17, 2026 at Duck Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Jon Hood officiating. Interment will follow in the Duck Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Friday at Duck Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include two grandsons, Michael McQueen and Hunter McQueen along with three great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Finley and Phoenix.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, E.B. Wray; daughter, Patti Wray McQueen and son, Ernie Wray.

Pallbearers will be Keith McGee, Hunter McQueen, Michael McQueen, Mike McQueen and Gary Windham.
