Ms. Adria Lynette Franklin Atkins, 51, of Grenada, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023 at her residence.  She was born August 19, 1971 in Grenada to Adrion Coats Franklin and Wannette Green Franklin.  Lynette had worked for a number of years in the Charleston Schools and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Grenada.  Lynette had a natural talent when it came to arranging flowers and enjoyed sharing her gift with her friends and family.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, July 17, 2023 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with her brother, Bro. Larry Franklin officiating and Bro. Jimmy Kendall assisting.  Interment will follow in the North Shady Grove Cemetery at Cascilla.  Family and friends will gather from 12:30 PM until service time Monday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include her son, Chaz Atkins of Grenada; parents, Adrion and Wannette Franklin of Denniston, KY; three brothers, Richard Franklin of Denniston, KY, Larry Franklin of Scobey and Garry Franklin of Cascilla; and three grandchildren, Michael Blaine Atkins, Chazalynn Grace Atkins and Rylan Brooke Smith.

She was preceded in death by a son, B.J. Bonner and a brother, Mike Franklin.

Pallbearers will be Chaz Atkins, Larry Franklin, Jr., Mike Franklin, Will Harlow, DJ Hobbs and David Lovell.
