Mr. Robert Hardy "Mack" McCoy, III, 67, of Grenada, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada.  He was born September 18, 1956 in Memphis to Robert Hardy, Jr. and Ann Mohundro McCoy.  Mack worked for a number of years alongside his family in their business, McCoy's Tire and Appliance.  Most recently, he served as the delivery man for First Health Pharmacy.  A truly outgoing man, Mack was a fixture at the Sports Center and enjoyed spending time with the many friends that he made there.  He also enjoyed playing with his dogs and spending time on the golf course.

A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 4, 2024 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Michael McCoy officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until service time Saturday at McKibben and Guinn.  For those attending, please consider dressing casually.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy McCoy; mother, Ann McCoy; step-son, Jarad Braddy-Haney of Memphis; sister, Sheila Perry(Alvin) of Grenada; brother, Mike McCoy of Grenada; niece, Rycha Perry; nephews, Michael McCoy, John Robert McCoy and Al Perry; great-niece, Lelynn Thomas and a great-nephew, Tripp Perry.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Hardy "Bob" McCoy, Jr.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Eddie Wayne Cummins, Wayne Edwards, Jawan Elliott, Monroe McCormick, John Robert McCoy, Michael McCoy, Mike McCoy, Rob Pepon, Alvin Perry, Al Perry, Marty Ray and Scott Woods.
