Thomas Mark Rush, 35, of Grenada, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2019. He was born April 19, 1984 in Cleveland to Thomas Edward and Joyce Smith Rush. Mark worked as an HVAC Technician at S&G Heating and Air Conditioning in Grenada and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Mark honorably served our country in the US Army having served two tours to Iraq with the 3 ^rd ID.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, October 19, 2019 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Dr. Bob Self officiating. Interment will follow in the Smith Cemetery in Tallahatchie County. Family and friends will gather from 1:00 PM until service time Saturday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include his wife, Heather Rush; two daughters, Elisabeth Faith Rush of Murfreesboro, TN and Riley Abigail Rush of Grenada; one son, Thomas Wyatt Rush of Grenada; parents, Tommy and Joyce Rush of Grenada; two sisters, Amanda Rush Gillis(Tim) of Grenada and Mallory Rush Byrd(Davis)of Tampa, FL; grandparents, Adren and Elizabeth Smith of Cleveland; sister-in-law, Danielle Floyd of Grenada; nieces and nephews, Adrianna Gillis, Leyton Gillis, Alaina Gillis, Stella Byrd, Ainsley Tutor, Jaxon Williamson and Henley Grace Smith.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Edward Marshall and Marjorie Beavers Rush and an aunt, Amy Smith Wells.

Pallbearers will be Brian Ford, Michael Gray, Adam Greniger, Thomas Lee, T.C. Reyes and Leon Williams. Honorary Pallbearers will be Holland Bailey and Michael Moore.
