Mrs. Mary Jane Horton, 79, of Grenada, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 19, 2021 in Huntsville, AL with her husband and children by her side.  She was born December 14, 1942 in Moss Point, MS to William Owens Williams and Josephine Whitehead Williams. Prior to her battle with Alzheimer's, she was an active member Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM Wednesday, December 22,2021 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service. Funeral services will immediately follow visitation in the funeral home chapel. Private burial will follow at Grenada Memorial Gardens.

Mary held various jobs throughout her lifetime but her most fulfilling accomplishment was that of being a homemaker. While her absence leaves a tremendous void in the hearts of those she loved, we find comfort in knowing she is more alive today than she has ever been and will be celebrating Christmas in Heaven with her Savior.

Survivors include her Husband, Harold Lee Horton of Grenada, three daughters, Teresa Rexing of Madison, Al, Susan Bodet of Jasper, TN, and Jennifer Moore of Grenada, MS; seven grandchildren, Brittany Kloth, Kacey Brossman, Matthew Bodet, Megan Lloyd, Shelby Moore, Nathan Moore, and Stewart Moore; seven great-grandchildren, Jase, Payton, Blakely Kloth, Landon Bodet, Addilyn Lloyd, Connor and Jack Henry Brossman; two sisters, Sharon Byrd and Ann Rosamond and three brothers, David Earl Williams, Bob Williams and Roger Williams.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Jack Williams, John Williams, and Bill Williams, and one sister, Jo Ellen Parker.
