Mrs. Mary Ann Heath Mays, 80, of Grenada, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020 at her residence.  She was born June 11, 1939 in Carroll County to Guy William and Cornelia Vance Heath.  Mary Ann had worked for many years at the Wonder Bread/Hostess Thrift Store in Grenada and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Carroll County.

Memorial service plans are pending and will be announced at a later date.

Survivors include one son, Johnny Mays(Jo Ann) of Grenada; three sisters, Shelby Caffey of Grenada, Dorothy Clark of Holcomb and Edna McMahan of Grenada; one brother, Bobby Heath of Grenada; seven grandchildren, Jamie Robinson, Nelia Brooks, Skyler Mays(Emily), Sterling Mays(Amanda), Carley Krischke(Travis), Tonya Watson and Mark Brooks; nine great-grandchildren, Starr Boyles(Stephen), Adison LaRue, Ava LaRue, Preston Watson, Harlee Brooks, Jesse Brooks, Haydn Mooney, Elliott Mays and Andy Mays; one great-great-grandchild, Skyler Boyles; and her long-time companion and friend, Noah "Red" Blount.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jesse Mays; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Randy Robinson; three sisters, Willie Mae Smith, Grace Collins and Sue Helen Heath; and two brothers, John and Guy Heath, Jr.
