Mrs. Mattie Hill McGlone, 97, of Southaven, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. She was born December 29, 1920 in Grenada to W.T. and Bessie Myers Hill. She was a member of Whitehaven Baptist Church and a retired Supervisor with Shurlo.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 24, 2017 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Grenada with Rev. Eugene Heimbach officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until service Friday at McKibben and Guinn.

She is survived by her daughter, June Overstreet and her husband, Bob of Southaven and a nephew, Hilry Woodruff of Oxford.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold McGlone, son, William McGlone and seven siblings.
