Mrs. Maudie Janice Edwards Robles, 86, of Carrollton, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Providence Assisted Living in Grenada.  She was born April 9, 1934 in Calhoun County to Adelbert Roy and Veola Hardin Edwards.  She was a devoted homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Memorial service plans are private.

Survivors include her daughter, Vickie Bryant of San Diego, CA; two sisters, Joe Ann Dye of Vardaman and Lynn Bryant of Brandon; one brother, Delbert Edwards of Carrollton; granddaughter, Amber Ortiz of California; grandson, Micah Ortiz of San Diego, CA; and four great-grandchildren, Olivia Laningham, Emily Pinon, Joseph Pinon and Analiese Jacky.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Gilbert Robles.
