Mr. Michael Albert "Mickey" Leflore, 69, of Grenada, passed away Monday, December 29, 2025, at his residence. He was born June 14, 1956, in Grenada to Charles Leflore and Sarah Smith Leflore.

Mickey dedicated many years of his working life as a machinist at Heatcraft in Grenada, where he was employed for over 27 years, before later becoming a self-employed contractor. He enjoyed traveling and always found a way to incorporate his favorite pastime of fishing into his trips whenever possible.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and his ashes will be scattered in some of his favorite places.

Survivors include his longtime companion, Genie Goad of Grenada; son, Michael O. Leflore of Los Angeles, CA; brother, Stanley Leflore of Carroll County and two grandchildren, George Mitchell-Leflore and Charlie Mitchell-Leflore.

Mickey is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Lynn Leflore.
