"Bugsy" Mitchell Johnson, 57, of Grenada, Mississippi, passed away on Wednesday, May 24th, 2017. He is preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Covington Edwards. Bugsy is survived by his three daughters, Brandi Michelle Johnson of Grenada, Catherine Blake Rogers of Oxford, and Lauren Brooke Johnson of Oxford; One grand daughter Ainsley Brooke Johnson of Grenada; One sister, Rachel (Barry) Smith of Southaven; Three brothers, James Dale Edwards of Atlanta, Bryan (Carole) Edwards of Grenada, and Jeff (Angelia) Edwards of Grenada. A Memorial to celebrate Bugsy's life will be held at the Christ Community Church of Grenada on Saturday, June 3rd at 10:00 am .
