Mrs. Neva Crowder Fox May, 99, of Grenada passed away Monday, November 30, 2015 at home. She was born February 12, 1916 in French Camp to Floyd Mack and Sally Brown Crowder. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Mrs. May had worked as an associate in the stock room at Grenada Hosiery Mill, as a Western Union Clerk at Brister's Pharmacy and as a door greeter at WalMart in Grenada.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Rev. Adam Blair officiating. Interment followed in the Bradford Chapel Cemetery in Choctaw County.
Survivors include one son, Wayne Fox of Cordell, OK; one daughter, Dianne Reves of Grenada; one sister, Barbara James of Mobile, AL; one brother, Lloyd Crowder of Memphis, TN; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Elmer Lee Fox and Morris K. May; two brothers, Hylan Crowder and Basil Crowder; and one sister, Jean Leonard.
