Mr. Nickalos James Kelly, 38, of Grenada, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2020 at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.  He was born December 17, 1981 in Carthage.  Nick was an all-around people person with a heart of gold, always willing to give the shirt off his back.  Among his many hobbies were shooting pool, playing cards and watching sports on TV, especially football.  Above all, Nick enjoyed spending time with his family and preparing delicious meals for them.  While we find comfort today in knowing he has met the author and finisher of his faith, our hearts remain heavy for the void that his absence will leave.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at the Stonefield Church of God at Cascilla with Rev. Guy McGarrity and Rev. Mark Moore officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church.

Survivors include a son, Chance Wortham of Tillatoba who is currently serving in the US Navy; his mother, Marie Harrison of Grenada; four brothers, Les Kelly(Kelli) of Pearl, Jason Kelly of Grenada, Karston Kelly of Starkville and Eric Kelly of Canton; nieces and nephew, Alli Kelly, Tyner Kelly, Alyssa Kelly and Ansley Kelly.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Leslie Kelly; and grandparents, Hazel Smith, Charles Merrion Crouch, James O'Bryant and Rev. Leslie and Lora Dell Kelly.
