Mrs. Olga Holzheimer Shiver, 88, of Coffeeville, passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – North Mississippi in Oxford. She was born April 16, 1930 in Sandberg, Germany to Emil and Bernhardine Koth Holzheimer. She was a devoted homemaker who took great pride in gardening, growing flowers and cooking for her family. She also thoroughly enjoyed swimming and did so at every opportunity. Mrs. Shiver was an active member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Grenada.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Saturday, October 27, 2018 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Grenada. Interment will follow in the Coffeeville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Friday evening at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service.

Survivors include two daughters, Margareta Dotson(Donnie) and Yvonne Shiver, both of Coffeeville; one son, David R. Shiver, Jr.(Cathy), of Batesville; five grandchildren, Michael Haas(Amanda), Jennifer LeBlanc(Robert), Jason Solis, Joshua Solis and David R. Shiver, III; and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David R. Shiver, Sr.; daughter, Linda Geeslin; and siblings, Rita Koth, Friedrick Holzheimer, Leo Holzheimer, Elisabeth Rothhaar and Ann Ricker.

Pallbearers will be Dominick Crocker, Donnie Dotson, Andrew Haas, Michael Haas, Robert LeBlanc, David Shiver, Jr., David Shiver, III and Joshua Solis. Honorary Pallbearers will be Zek Crocker and Tri Homan.
