Ms. Olivia Renee Turner Taylor, 74, of Memphis, TN, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis. She was born April 30, 1951 in Grenada to Leroy and Olivia Pulliam Turner. Following her retirement from WalMart, Olivia found out quickly that being in the public and around people was a necessity for her which led to her second career as a hostess at Cracker Barrel in Memphis. When she wasn’t working, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her beloved cats. She was a Methodist.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March 20, 2026 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada. Private burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery. Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service Friday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include two daughters, Alicia Dawn Miller(Mike) of Coldwater and Shannon Renee Shackelford of Memphis; step-mother, Glenda Turner of Tupelo; step-sister, Patty Johnson of Tupelo; step-brother, Ray Bramlett of Brandon; five grandchildren, Tyler Shackelford(Jesiree), Daylen Shackelford, Khloe Baltz, Hannah Rae Kennedy and Josie Renee Kennedy; and three great-grandchildren, Zion, Aidan and Kai Shackelford.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
