Mrs. Patsy Ann St. Germain Flanagan, 84, of Grenada, passed away Monday, June 15, 2026 at the Tallahatchie General Hospital Extended Care Facility. She was born April 6,1942 in Joliet, IL to William Joseph St. Germain and Helen Welch St. Germain. Patsy delivered newspapers for the Daily Sentinel Star in Grenada for over 25 years. She was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church in Carroll County. Patsy was a loving mother and grandmother who found great joy in her family. Since becoming a resident of TGH, she enjoyed keeping her nails painted & manicured and especially enjoyed Bingo days.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 18, 2026 at Calvary Baptist Church in Carroll County with Rev. Bud Vance officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Thursday at Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her granddaughter, Kristy Deaton(Justin) of Blackhawk; grandson, Edward Glenn "Bubba" Flanagan, Jr. of Grenada; five great-grandchildren, Kurt Flanagan, Bailey Prewitt, Jensey Blount, Gloriana Flanagan and Presley Prewitt; and a special friend, Sue Brassfield.
Mrs. Flanagan was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Glenn Flanagan; son, Edward Glenn "Eddie" Flanagan; sister, Mary Louise Flanagan and a brother, Jim St. Germain.
Pallbearers will be Justin Deaton, Hayden Dungan, Kursten Flanagan and Herman Heath.
The family wishes to extend sincere appreciation to the nurses and staff of Tallahatchie General Hospital and Extended Care Facility for the love and excellent care provided to our grandmother.
