Mrs. Peggy Ann Terry Bailey, 83, of Holcomb, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada.  She was born October 21, 1936 in Calhoun County to Clayton and Clevie Gulledge Terry.  Peggy had worked for many years as a District Manager for Kenwin "Dress For Less" and was a member of Holcomb Baptist Church.  A voracious reader, she will long be remembered for her quick wit and love for her family.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, May 17, 2020 at the Holcomb Cemetery with Rev. Larry Edwards and Rev. Kevin Tribble officiating.

Survivors include two sons, Tim Bailey(Rhonda) of Holcomb and Joel Bailey(Bridget) of North Carrollton; daughter-in-law, Deb Bailey of Cascilla; two sisters, Joan Hoop of Cascilla and Carolyn Yeoman of Holcomb; one brother, Randy Terry(Ann) of Holcomb; four grandchildren, Jamie Meziere, Jared Bailey, Morgan Pernell and Inmon Jackson; and five great-grandchildren, Lucy Bailey, Savannah Pernell, Parker Pernell, Aaron Pernell, IV, and Chandler Meziere.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Lee Bailey; son, Terry Bailey; sister, Nell Bailey and brothers, Buddy Terry and Tommy Terry.

Nephews will honor Peggy by serving as pallbearers.
