Rhonda Alexander Barton, 63, of Grenada, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Grenada Living Center. She was born July 11, 1954 in Calhoun City to Marvin L. and Willie Mae Bullard Alexander. She was a devoted homemaker and a former forklift operator at Heatcraft in Grenada. She was a member of Duck Hill Baptist Church and an avid cat lover.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 29, 2017 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service. Interment will follow in the Elliott Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Thursday, December 28, 2017 and one hour prior to the service Friday at McKibben and Guinn.
Survivors include her son, Christopher Davis(Anna) serving in the United States Armed Forces in Germany; one sister, Lucy Waters of Duck Hill and two grandchildren, Savannah and Morgan Davis.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jackie Alexander.
