Mr. Richard Kevin Simmons, 58, of Grenada, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023 at his residence.  He was born October 10, 1964 in Greenwood to Russell and Agnes Simmons.  Richard was a graduate of Grenada High School and had worked for a number of years at Heatcraft in Grenada.  He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Rev. J. Barry Worrell officiating.  Inurnment will follow in the Bethel Cemetery in Calhoun County.  Family and friends will gather 30 minutes prior to the service Wednesday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include a brother, Rusty Simmons of Grenada and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Jimmy, Bobby and Barry Simmons.
