Mr. Robert Herman Morgan, 87, of Coffeeville, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019 at his residence. He was born January 19, 1932 in Yalobusha County to Kermit Demps and Julia Upchurch Morgan. Mr. Morgan honorably served our country in the United States Air Force and retired after a career spanning over 30 years as the Manager of the Mississippi Employment Security Commission. He was a devoted member of the Coffeeville Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Bro. Don Roberson officiating. Interment will follow in the Coffeeville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until service time Wednesday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include his wife, of 66 years, Barbara Morgan; two sons, Dale Morgan(Tina) of Madison and Jay Morgan(Deanna) of Biloxi; seven grandchildren, Adam Morgan, Amanda Houck, Max Morgan, David Morgan, Daniel Morgan, Mary Robert Gammon and Jayden Morgan; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Robert "Bob" Morgan, Jr. and a brother, Billy Morgan.

Pallbearers will be Clifton Gannon, Steve Houck, Adam Morgan, Daniel Morgan, David Morgan and Max Morgan.
