Mr. Ronald Lee "Ronnie" Dungan, 68, of Holcomb, passed away Friday, August 4, 2023 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada.  He was born February 19, 1955 in Tallahatchie County to Robert Quinton and Dorothy Virginia Coleman Dungan.  "Bud", as he was known to many, spent most of his working life as a millwright.  Ronnie also honorably served our country in the US Army.  In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 6, 2023 at the North Shady Grove Cemetery at Cascilla with the Rev. John Goldwater officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Elaine Dungan; daughter, Andrea Edwards(Rodney) of Holcomb; son, Christopher Dungan(Amber) of Grenada; two sisters, Fay Worsham(Keith) of Gore Springs and Jennifer Roberson of Grenada; and four grandchildren, Drew Edwards, Ryland Edwards, Hayden Dungan and Savannah Grace Dungan.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Steve Dungan.
