Mrs. Ruth Ann Jones, 60, of Grenada, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at her residence.  She was born February 16, 1960 in Galveston, TX to Walter and Patsy Doane Green.  Ruth worked for many as a security guard for the Chickasaw Nation in Oklahoma and owned a residential cleaning business since moving to the area.  She was affectionately known by many as "Mama Ruth".

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include her husband, Curtis A. Jones of Grenada; two daughters, Lynne Becker and Abigal Flores of Oklahoma City, OK; three sons, Lonnie James, Jessie James and Alex Jones, all of Oklahoma City, OK; in-laws, Bobbie and Charles Snell of Grenada; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge in Jackson, MS.
