Mr. Samuel David Jolly, 61, of Myrtle, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – North Mississippi in Oxford from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born June 1, 1954 in Greenwood to Alvis Paul and Christine Cox Jolly. He worked as a Parts Advisor at Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge Jeep, a U.S. Army Veteran and a Christian.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, April 8, 2016 from the Chapel of McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service. Interment will follow in the Grenada Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Jolly of Myrtle; two daughters, Sidney Jolly Samples (Justin) of Grenada and Jennifer Orsbon Wiggins (Ethan) of Calhoun City; his mother, Christine Jolly of Elliott; eight grandchildren, Micah Samples, Carley Orsbon, Kaitlin Potts, Meghan Potts, Andrew Potts, Matthew Baker, Kaleb Baker and Emily Baker; one sister, Lisa Dalton (Eddie) of Tupelo; two brothers, Paul Jolly (Jane) of Oakland and Mark Jolly (Candice) of Clinton.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Graymond Jolly.
Pallbearers will be Austin Brown, Caden Jolly, Ian Jolly, Matthew Jolly, Johnny Morrison, Justin Samples and Allen Yates.
