Mrs. Sara Katherine McCormick Williams, 97, of Grenada, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Providence Assisted Living in Grenada. She was born March 20, 1920 in Grenada to John Wallace and Velma Dollahite McCormick. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 10, 2017 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Dr. Jim Nunnelee officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Friday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include her son, Clyde Wallace Williams and his wife, Virginia of Covington, LA; two grandchildren, Wade Williams of Alma, AR and Levi Williams of Clinton; and four great-grandchildren, Evangeline Williams, Madeline Williams, Aubrey Williams and Lily Williams.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry Williams; two sisters, Martha McCormick Rice and Lula Mae McCormick Cummins and one brother, John Wallace McCormick.
