Ms. Sherry R. Goodson, 73, of Grenada, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 17, 2018. She was born January 1, 1945 in Calhoun County to Grady and Lois Goodson. Sherry retired from the Grenada County Chancery Clerk's office where she worked for over 25 years.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, 82 County Road 341, Calhoun City, MS 38916, located in the Pleasant Hill Community of Calhoun County with Bro. Don Harrell officiating. Family and friends will gather afterwards in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.

Survivors include her son, Donnie Sultan (Kayla) of Grenada; one sister, Glenda Little (Wayne) of Calhoun City; one brother, Evans Goodson (Maureen) of Grenada; four grandchildren, Jonathan Sultan (Lauren), Colby Sultan (Leslie), Taylor Sultan (Lexi) and Hailey Fancher; and two great-granddaughters, Charlee Grace and Joleigh Sultan.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
