Mr. Sidney Wayne Cole, 66, of Grenada, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada.  He was born March 19, 1959 in Grenada to Chester William and Catherine Hendricks Cole.  Sidney worked in construction in his early years and retired as a truck driver.  He also honorably served in the Mississippi Army National Guard.  In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening and fishing.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday, April 6, 2025 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Bro. Wayne Cupit and his brother, Bro. Reuben Cole officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time Sunday at McKibben and Guinn.

Sidney is survived by a son, Josh Allbritton(Melissa) of Cascilla; sister, Carolyn Keith(Kevin Gagnon) of Pontotoc; brother, Reuben Cole(Edna) of Grenada and a granddaughter, Robbin Allbritton.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Dody Allbritton, Cody Cole, Jason Cole, Kevin Gagnon, Marc Hayward, Sidney Hendricks, Cotton Marter and Ernest Skeen will serve as honorary pallbearers.
