Mr. Gilbert Lee "Skip" Floyd, Jr., 65, of Robinsonville, formerly of Grenada, passed away Friday, October 12, 2018 at his residence. He was born December 26, 1952 in Grenada to Gilbert Lee, Sr. and Alice Whitten Floyd. He was a graduate of Grenada High School and Mississippi State University. Skip had worked in the hospitality industry most of his working life.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include his mother, Alice Floyd of Grenada; one sister, Kim Taylor of Grenada; and two brothers, Randy Floyd (Irene) of Gore Springs and Don Floyd (Mary Ann) of Ft. Myers, FL.
