Mrs. Vivian Sue Davis, 89, of Grenada, died on June 27, 2025 at her home.  Sue was born in Leflore County in 1935 to Jimmy and Mary Lee O'Brian who preceded her in death.  Sue was married to Henry E. Davis, the love of her life, if you saw one of them, you saw the other.  They were married for 64 years at the time of his death.  She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Davis.

Sue is survived by a brother, Jimmy O'Brian.  She was a devoted homemaker and mother to four rowdy children: Hollie Eaton(Larry), Hank Davis(Pam), Judy Davis(deceased) and Clay Davis.  According to her children, Ms. Sue's superpower was making whatever they got up to all ok!  Sue's grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy.  Her grandchildren are Lee Eaton(Kris), Sam Eaton(Ashley), Katie Robinson(Nic) and Will Perry(Megan).  Great-grandchildren include Ella Eaton, Grace Eaton, Vivian Eaton, Davis Eaton, Jack Henry Robinson, Caroline Robinson, Ainsley Perry, Valarie Perry and Haylee Perry.

There will be a private service at a later date.

The family would like to express sincere gratitude to Legacy Hospice, especially Cindi Green and Ashlyn Palmertree.  Also, special thanks is extended to Meeka Shaw who lovingly cared for her at the end.
