Tammy Kay Hillhouse, 47, of Grenada, passed away Friday, July 19, 2019 at her residence. She was born November 22, 1971 in Grenada. She had worked as a pharmacy clerk for a number of years and was a homemaker. She was a devoted animal lover and a history buff.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Rev. James Melton officiating. Interment will follow in the Duck Hill Cemetery. Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service Tuesday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include her fiancé, Jerry Smart; one daughter, Christy Covington of Columbus; one son, Jeremy Smart of Grenada; father, Robert Hillhouse of Spokane, WA; step-father, Jerry Bennett of Grenada; four sisters, Tana McCollough of Duck Hill, Tina Hillhouse of Water Valley, Toni Hillhouse and Vicki Hillhouse, both of Washington; two brothers, Kent Bennett of Grenada and Eric Hillhouse of Washington; and four grandchildren, Landyn Smart, Jackson, Parker and Wesley Covington.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathy Bennett; sister, Tara Hill and brother, Ben Bennett.
