Mrs. Thelma Jean Bailey Inman Winters, 84, of Grenada, passed away peacefully Saturday January 17th at UMMC in Jackson, MS.  Graveside services will be Monday, January 19th, 2026 at 10am at the Calvary Cemetery in Carroll County with Pastor John Staszefski officiating.  All family and friends are welcome to attend.

Thelma was the former cook at Providence Assisted Living and retired from Pennaco Hosiery Mill.  She was preceded in death by her parents Wilton and Ollie Tribble Bailey, her siblings Dalton, Guy, James Lee, Wilton Jr. and Mary.

She is survived by her longtime partner Ray Harville; son, Dave Inman(Sandy); daughter, Laura Beth Alford(Dustin); granddaughters, Lorna Harbin, Haley Young(Joe), Lexie Dulin, McKenna Dulin, and Journey King, great-grandsons, Maddox Carpenter and Walker McCammon; and siblings, John Frank Bailey, and Marie McLaughlin.
