IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Thomas
Clark
August 8, 1949 – November 8, 2024
Thomas "Tom" Joseph Clark, 75, of Grenada, MS, passed away peacefully at his home on November 8, 2024, surrounded by family. He was born on August 8th, 1949 to Tom and Joyce Clark in Rhinelander, WI. Tom graduated from Rhinelander Union High School and grew up regularly attending church with his family at St. Augustine Episcopal Church, a tradition he continued throughout his years and up through his last days thanks to modern technology.
Tom spent his life dedicated to the people and values he held dear. His unwavering love for his family was the cornerstone of his life; he was a source of strength, support, and laughter to his beloved wife, Berneice, with whom he shared 37 years of marriage, joy, and adventure. Together, they explored the open roads in their RV, traveling to new places, making new memories, and meeting new friends along the way.
After a few short years of retirement, Tom found joy in a new career as a charter bus driver, where he not only transported passengers but also brought them smiles, conversation, and warmth along the way. His love for the road and the stories shared with his passengers were a treasured part of his life, as he made each journey more than just a destination.
Tom was a loving husband, devoted father, cherished grandfather, friend to many, and proud veteran who served in the Army National Guard.
Tom is survived by his wife Berneice Clark; Children: Pam (Randy) Sweet of Grenada, MS., TJ (Leticia, Ashley) Clark of San Diego, CA., Heather (Chad) Carrigan of Lansing, MI.; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; Siblings: Bob (Joan) Clark, Judy Beyer, Don (Julie) Clark.
A service will be held on November 21, 2024 at 11am at his family church, St. Augustine Episcopal Church in Rhinelander, WI., with a luncheon immediately following. Family and friends are welcome to come and honor his memory.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude. https://fundraising.stjude.org/site/TR?px=8645053&fr_id=154020&pg=personal©_link_share
