Mrs. Ernestine "Tina" Freeman Gates, 63, of Batesville, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2024 at her residence.  She was born October 1, 1960 in Lambert to A.C. Freeman and Juanita Alexander.  Tina was very artistically inclined and always enjoyed making arts and crafts.  She worked for a number of years in the screen-printing business also.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Memorial service plans are private.

Survivors include her daughter, Dana Beckum of Batesville; sisters, Patricia Camp and Barbara Camp, both of Courtland and Lois Boak of Marmaduke, AR; brother, Billy Freeman of Vance; two grandchildren, Brittany Wirth and Austin Wirth and three great-grandchildren, Carson Calloway, Jaxson Calloway and Lawrance Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Edward Gilbert Gates.
