January 21, 1948 – December 13, 2018
Mr. Thomas Perry "Tommy" Yeoman, 70, of Holcomb, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 21, 1948 in Boyle to Perry and Ethel Cutts Yeoman. Tommy retired as a branch manager with Yellow Freight and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He was an avid squirrel hunter and a Master Mason. Tommy honorably served our country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War aboard the USS Intrepid.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 16, 2018 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until service time Sunday at McKibben and Guinn.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Terry Yeoman; daughter, LaShon Yeoman of Grenada; son, Tommy Hubbard(Laura) of Grenada; two step-daughters, Tammy Little Standard(Kelly) of Teasdale and Karla Little Allen(Lensy) of Holcomb; one granddaughter, Danielle Yeoman; two grandsons, Brandon Hubbard and Ashley Counts; four step-granddaughters, Allie Standard, Jessica Standard, Emily Allen and Kathryn "Kat" Little; one step-grandson, Josh Allen; three brothers, Perry Yeoman(Julie) of Grenada, Jerry Yeoman(Jamie) of Grenada and James Yeoman(Dale) of Carrollton; two sisters, Judy Yeoman Vail(Eddie) of Greenwood and Gussie Melton(Bob) of Charleston; two aunts, Ruby Doyle of Illinois and Helen Cutts Jones of Winona; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Scott Yeoman and his favorite aunt and uncle, Edward and Brooxie Cutts.
Pallbearers will be Keith Carver, Billy Cross, Mike Hoop, Jeff Stewart, John Terry and Patrick Yeoman. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jack Curtis, Teddy Ford, Rev. Leo Hampton and Oscar Mitchell.
