Mrs. Virginia Lynn Rogers Reese, 69, of Grenada, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada. She was born March 10, 1950 and was a member of Wayside Baptist Church. She had worked for many years at Pennaco Hosiery, the Grenada School District in the cafeteria and as a bus driver and most recently at Walgreen's.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Rev. Bennie Vance officiating. Interment will follow in the Smith Cemetery at Rosebloom. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Tuesday evening and one hour prior to the service Wednesday all at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Reese; three daughters, Laura Lynn Reese Kendall(Johnny), Teresa Anne Reese Macon and Tammy Renee Reese Timbs(Brian Follett), all of Grenada; four sisters Beverly Ann Rogers Hollis of Rosebloom, Ramona Rogers Pressgrove of Southaven, Amy Vance Floyd of Grenada and Pam Rogers Linder of Missouri; one brother, Ronnie Rogers of Missouri; step-mother, Alice Manveck of Missouri; eight grandchildren, Jessica Bryant, Bryan Kendall, Rebecca Busby, Andy Jackson, Kasey Kendall, Jodi Timbs, Emily Follett and Nikki Follett; nine great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Belle McCammon Vance; father, Leslie Benoid Rogers and her step-father, Sam Vance, Sr.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Bryant, Jeff Floyd, Brian Follett, George Kendall, Jr., Greg Kendall, Daniel Pressgrove, Michael Pressgrove, James Terrell Reese and Jamie Schwalenburg.
