Mr. Clarence Wayne Winters, 62, of Grenada, died Sunday, January 28, 2018 at his residence. He was born August 4, 1955 in Tallahatchie County to Luther Edward and Sarah Mildred Allbritton Winters. He had worked for many years at Luvata in Grenada and was an accomplished musician.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at New Bethel Holiness Church with Rev. Matt Hill and Rev. Jerry Hill officiating. Interment will follow in the North Shady Grove Cemetery at Cascilla. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday evening and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church.

Survivors include his wife, Thelma Inman Winters; daughter, Andrea Wright of Philadelphia; two sons, Danny Robertson of Philadelphia and Justin Winters of Grenada; four sisters, Annell Kendall of Grenada, Vivian Blount of Duck Hill, Sonia Hill of Cascilla and Cynthia Frazier of Philadelphia; four brothers, Roy E. Winters of Cascilla, Charlie Gene Winters of Cascilla, Radford Winters of Grenada and Merrill Winters of Cascilla; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Kenneth Earl and Terry Lewis Winters.
